From the field
to the frontier.

I started as an engineer — trained to read how complex systems behave under pressure and where they break. That lens turned out to be the most valuable thing I brought into startups.

Over the past decade I've been a venture-backed founder (Telefónica Ventures, Wayra Brasil), a Head of Growth at SP Ventures-backed companies, a conference speaker at Brazil's largest agribusiness events, and a mentor at Embrapa's TechStart acceleration program. Along the way I built and scaled two startups — one to $1.6M ARR, one recognized as Top 10 Most Innovative Startup in Brazil.
