It was important for them to work with a partner who understood how to effectively speak to their customer-base and who could deliver high-quality booked sales calls. Although their systems, processes, and automation were cutting-edge, they needed to reduce the cost of acquiring customers.
When we started working with Maverick Media Lav, their campaigns were running with low volume of conversions and high cost of booked calls. We analyzed all of their conversion rates to understand where the gap was and ran a competitor analysis.
Our first step was to reformulate their value proposition by answering questions like what service do they offer? Who is it for? And what is the main competitive differential? Then, in an attempt to further validate the service, we observed the offer’s appeal to the internet audience, through a careful analysis using heat maps, behavior analysis, CTR and CPC in ads and other tools.
That allowed us to clearly point to the missing gaps. We then revamped their ad creatives and copy, sales page copy, and increased their landing page loading speed. We began the paid traffic strategy A/B testing copy, images, and videos for different audiences. We then cut our losers and scaled our winning ads.
After optimizing the page load speed, changing the copy to a more powerful headline and testing different images & video ads the cost of booked call was reduced by 3x in the first week. That process helped us test all of the variables figuring out what worked for Maverick to continue running ads efficiently for the long term.
